Jackson is a leader in the field of mental resilience for men and youth. He's teachings stem from a diverse background with experience as a player and a coach in rugby league, yoga training, breathwork facilitation, ultra marathon and triathlon to Crossfit. He has over 10 years exprience in the industry and many regard he's programs as a "rite or passage into manhood". 

 
Jackson's program isn't just about getting fit and strong. The programs surround teaching core values such as "Courage", "Commitment", and "Confidence". He uses fitness and strength training as a means of establishing these core values into he's clients.
